AI-generated insights are automated analytical outputs designed to assist decision-making. They are not autonomous decision systems and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for employment decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes
While our platform assists with resume evaluation and candidate screening, we do not guarantee:
- that a candidate will be hired,
- the suitability of any candidate for a role, or
- specific business outcomes such as time or cost savings.
Recruitment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer or recruiter.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of JD Align complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, and privacy laws. JD Align does not monitor or control hiring decisions made by customers.
3. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide reliable and accurate evaluations; however, AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies. JD Align makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of results for any particular purpose.
4. Third-Party Links & Services
JD Align integrates with third-party providers (including payment processors and cloud infrastructure services). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Align shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Responsibility for Job Postings
JD Align provides tools for recruiters, agencies, and HR professionals to publish job postings and collect candidate applications. We do not independently verify the identity, legitimacy, or intentions of all job posters. It is the responsibility of the subscribing customer to ensure that all job postings are accurate, lawful, and used solely for genuine recruitment purposes.
JD Align is not liable for any misuse of job postings, including but not limited to attempts to collect candidate personal data for purposes unrelated to recruitment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that job postings and screening criteria do not unlawfully discriminate or violate applicable laws. JD Align does not review or approve each listing for legal compliance.
8. Candidate Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates and ensuring lawful processing of personal information. JD Align provides the technical platform but does not determine the legality of data collected by customers.
